Oh yeah and I just remembered that they played Color Me Badd's "I Wanna Sex You Up" as well. Pretty weird that this top 10 record doesn't get much play anymore  .

Not 100% New Jack, but a classic for anyone who lived the era, at least in Europe:

King Bee - Back By Dope Demand was played today on 3FM. Still an awesome cut!

This evening, I heard MJ's "Remember The Time", still a great track and I'm glad it still gets some airplay.

On Juize.fm is a show called 'The Foundation'. Juize is a dutch internet radio station by Radio 538. During The Foundation you will hear golden era hip-hop, classic r&b and........NEW JACK SWINGGGG....
It's a good development, which means Freez'and I will get more work DJ'ing....

I woke up this morning with Radio 538 and what do I hear  : Johnny Gill - Rub you the right way.

It definitely feels good to start the day with a track from the good ol' days. :D

Not too long ago, I was listening to Soul 106.3 (Chicago), and I heard a lot of New Jack Swing music suah as Johnny Kemp-Just Got Paid, Joe Public-Live and Learn, MoKenStef-He's Mine, Adina Howard-Freak Like Me, Jade-Don't Walk Away, a few I can't think of right now. Those songs took me back.

Today, I heard "She's Got That Vibe" while I was visiting a customer. I recently realised I hadn't heard any New Jack on the radio for quite a while. Then again, I haven't listened to the radio much, especially not the times and shows where they could play any New Jack Swing.

I heard "My Prerogative" on the radio at work today. I think they have the radio tuned in to Hot Radio at the moment. Oh, and it was the Bobby Brown original of course  .

I caught a show I was recommended on a local station in London,UK and there is a definite heavy dosage of NJS thrown into the second hour of the show which is 10pm-11pm GMT every Thursday.

Heard some great feel good NJS and some obscure one's that only the likes of NJS4E members discuss in these forums. I caught it on the web which means anyone should be able to grab a listen if they fancy it: http://www.hayesfm.org

It's been on for some time and I just thought it was great to her continuous NJS on a show.

Seems like (the Dutch) Radio 538 plays John Gill's Rub you the right way on a yearly basis. I heard it this morning while waking up :)

Only a yearly basis? I hope it's more than once a year... :D

I really hope so too :D (I saw my post of 3rd December 2008 so I figured that Radio 538 plays it on a yearly basis. But....I might be wrong. Guess I will find out within a year  )

It's been a while since I heard some proper New Jack Swing on the radio, but today it finally happened again: 3FM played R. Kelly & Public Announcement's "She's Got That Vibe". After hearing the dreadful house remix of Bobby Brown's "Two Can Play That Game" some weeks ago, some REAL New Jack Swing on the radio was a delight!
