Remember this was circa 1992 *before* Ellen lost her show on ABC in 1997. Arsenio does bring up a good point (why his show and not Johnny Carson or Letterman?). The passion is palpable. Arsenio may have lost his cool here....but he also kept it real. This isn't easy to watch. Michael Jackson makes a surprise appearance during Eddie Murphy's interview in 1989.
